Privacy policy
Last updated: 6 November 2026
This policy explains what personal data neomedia (“we”, “us”) collects through neomedia.in, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. We follow India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
What we collect
- Brand brief form: your name, work email, phone or WhatsApp number, company, website, role, and details about your campaign and budget.
- Creator application: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, city, social profile links, follower and view ranges, content categories, languages, and what you tell us about yourself and your audience.
- Contact form: your name, email, optional phone number and your message.
- Technical data: your IP address when you submit a form (used only to block spam), and standard server logs kept by our hosting provider.
We also look at information creators have made public on their social profiles, such as posts and follower counts, when reviewing an application.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry or application and to provide the service you asked for.
- For brands: to plan campaigns, share creator shortlists and send quotes.
- For creators: to assess your application, pitch you to suitable brands and manage your deals.
- To keep records required by law, such as invoices and tax records.
We rely on your consent, which you give when you tick the box on our forms, and on the contract between us once we work together.
Who we share it with
- Brands: if you are a creator on our roster, we share your profile, audience data and rates with brands considering you for a campaign. We will not share your phone number or email with a brand without telling you first.
- Creators: if you are a brand, we share campaign details with creators we approach for your campaign, under confidentiality where needed.
- Service providers: our website host (Hostinger) and email provider, who process data on our behalf.
- Authorities: where the law requires it.
We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and applications that do not lead to work are deleted within 24 months. Data about campaigns and deals is kept for as long as we work together and then for up to 8 years where tax and accounting law requires it.
Cookies
This website uses only the cookies needed for it to work. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and ask for consent where needed.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, or withdraw your consent. You can also nominate someone to act for you. To do any of this, use our contact form and choose “Something else”. We reply within 30 days.
If you are not happy with our reply, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Security
Form submissions are sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and stored in a password-protected system that only our team can access.
