Terms of use
Last updated: 6 November 2026
These terms apply to your use of neomedia.in. By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. Who we are
neomedia is a creator and influencer management agency in India. “We”, “us” and “our” mean neomedia.
2. The website is information, not an offer
The services, processes and examples on this website describe how we usually work. They are not a binding offer. Any work for a brand, and any management arrangement with a creator, is covered by a separate written agreement or quote. If that agreement differs from this website, the agreement applies.
3. Sample plans and examples
Pages marked as sample plans or examples are illustrations. They are not results achieved for real clients, and budgets shown on them are not quotes.
4. No guaranteed results
We do not guarantee sales, views, followers, installs or any other result from a creator campaign, and nothing on this website should be read as such a guarantee. For creators, we do not guarantee a number of deals or a level of income.
5. Forms and the information you send
When you send a brief, an application or a message, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are allowed to share it. Sending a form does not create an agreement or an obligation for either side. We may decline any enquiry or application. How we handle your data is explained in our privacy policy.
6. Advertising rules
All paid creator content we arrange follows the Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI) guidelines for influencer advertising and other applicable law. Brands and creators working with us agree to follow them too.
7. Intellectual property
The text, design and logo on this website belong to neomedia. You may share links to our pages, but you may not copy the content for commercial use without our written permission. Names of platforms such as Instagram and YouTube belong to their owners.
8. Links to other websites
We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of websites we link to.
9. Liability
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we provide it “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the website itself.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. Questions? Use our contact form.
